Happy Sauteed Veggies

In my family we have kitchen battles. I vote for simplicity when cooking, however we have an over spicier. Let me break down what an over spicier does. They creep up when you are not looking and add ingredients. When you are in charge of the meal they constantly ask…. Aren’t you going to add this spice? When you kindly so no, they look at you like your are crazy and ruining the entire meal. Once the meal is served, they add ingredients to their portion claiming they just made the meal so much better and insist on you tasting their over spiced master piece. In my opinion, that is a kitchen violation and is worthy of a over spicier ticket.

My goal is to add every spice to one dish.

Here is a simple dish full of amazing flavors with out any spice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Green pepper sliced
  • 1/2 Cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Yellow squash sliced
  • 1 Cup corn
  • 1 White onion sliced
  • Happy Hemp
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In large skillet over medium heat drizzle olive oil. Add onions.
  2. Cook the onions until they are translucent.  Add in the rest of the veggies.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle Happy Hemp on top add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
