I get asked a lot: What if I already eat chia seeds? Can I eat Happy Hemp too? Yes you can!! Hemp seeds are great with almost anything, even other super foods. Today’s smoothie has both Happy Hemp and chia. The more the merrier!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup coconut water
- 1/2 Cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 TBSP Happy Hemp
- 2 TBSP chia seed
- 1/4 Cup frozen blackberries
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients into a blender.
- Pour into a fancy glass…. Just because you can!!
- Enjoy!
