Happy Cheese Crackers

Gluten and me are not friends these days. I am now learning a new way of cooking in order to get the same great foods minus the wheat. Here is my version of a cracker. Enjoy alone or add to any dish as a side.

Happy Cracker. Happy Cheese. Happy Hemp.


  • 4 cups parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Happy Hemp


  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. On a cookie sheet place a large pinch of parmesan.
  3. Sprinkle on top of cheese dollops Happy Hemp.
  4. Bake for approx. 10 min or until golden brown.
  5. Place on cooling rack to harden.
  6. Enjoy!
