Gluten and me are not friends these days. I am now learning a new way of cooking in order to get the same great foods minus the wheat. Here is my version of a cracker. Enjoy alone or add to any dish as a side.
Happy Cracker. Happy Cheese. Happy Hemp.
- 4 cups parmesan
- 1/2 cup Happy Hemp
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- On a cookie sheet place a large pinch of parmesan.
- Sprinkle on top of cheese dollops Happy Hemp.
- Bake for approx. 10 min or until golden brown.
- Place on cooling rack to harden.
