Happy Salmon

This year I sat down and made a list of all the foods I thought I did not like.  Salmon being at the top of the list, I committed to retrying all of them.  I was surprised to find out I actually LOVE salmon. Not only is it super tasty and healthy, but it is so easy to prepare. I enjoy salmon at least once a week now.

Happy Salmon. Happy Healthy. Happy Hemp.

Ingredients: 

  • Salmon
  • Olive Oil
  • Happy Hemp
  • Salt and pepper

 Directions: 

  1. Season the salmon with salt & pepper & sprinkle with hemp seeds. Use a non-stick pan & coat with a small amount of olive oil. Working in batches to get good sear on the salmon portions, gently sear the salmon pieces on both sides and remove.
  2. Place on a baking sheet. Bake the salmon at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes or until desired doneness.olive oil over the fish.
  3. sprinkle Happy Hemp over the top
