This year I sat down and made a list of all the foods I thought I did not like. Salmon being at the top of the list, I committed to retrying all of them. I was surprised to find out I actually LOVE salmon. Not only is it super tasty and healthy, but it is so easy to prepare. I enjoy salmon at least once a week now.

- Salt and pepper
- Season the salmon with salt & pepper & sprinkle with hemp seeds. Use a non-stick pan & coat with a small amount of olive oil. Working in batches to get good sear on the salmon portions, gently sear the salmon pieces on both sides and remove.
- Place on a baking sheet. Bake the salmon at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes or until desired doneness.olive oil over the fish.
