Whew the past couple of weeks have been hectic and the weather is hot. I end up running all day and then…grrrrr! Oh S*@T! I forgot to eat. My tummy is crying out asking for food love. Eating becomes secondary to running around like a chicken with my head cut-off. I start looking for the quickest thing to eat. - 1/2 Avacado
- 1 Tbsp happy hemp
- Cut an avocado in half and remove pit.
- squeeze lemon on to avocado.
- Sprinkle happy hemp on avocado.
