I love cheeseburgers, but they love my thighs…Urgh! So these days I am leaning toward the turkey burger a little more. This is a great recipe and it is an awesome option for you burger lovers. Bon Appetite!

- 3/4 pound ground turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons Happy Hemp
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
