Happy Go Nuts.

I am a friend to all nuts and seeds! I try not to play favorites and discriminate against any one in particular. But i’ll admit, almonds do hold a special place in my heart. Maybe it’s because almond butter is a staple item in my pantry, or the past two nights i’ve dreamt of the almond pesto I made this week… I love how diverse and versatile nuts are. You can eat, roast, season, grind, mix, or chop them to use in so many ways.

Nuts can be very beneficial for you, when eaten in moderation. They’re stocked with essentials minerals like magnesium, zinc, calcium and phosphorus that are needed for bone development, immunity and energy production!
