I decided to get creative with the toasted hemp seeds this week! Instead of just using them to garnish a dish or snack on, I wanted to do something outside the box.
The first thing you taste when eating them is the sea salt. So why not take advantage of the saltiness and turn the toasted hemp seeds into a hempy salt dust!
How To Grind:
1. Put toasted hemp seeds into cleaned coffee grinder.
2. Use a strainer to sift shells from mix.
3. Place a plate or something suitable below to catch falling ‘salt dust’.
4. Add to your favorite salad, pizza or a rim on a cocktail.
