You are busy. You don’t have time. You can’t cook. I have heard it all, but cooking does not mean you have to have an oven. Eating healthy does not mean you need a Vitamix and 12 hours. You can have a simple, no cook, no mess meal in about 5 minutes.
- Take an avocado, split it in half, and remove the seed.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add chopped tomatoes and almond slivers on top.
- A squeeze of fresh lemon, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle on the Happy Hemp.
