Spring Smoothie

strawberry basil smoothie copy We love adding a fun twist to a smoothie, as you have previously experienced with our green bean smoothie. Today we are at it again with basil and coconut milk. It is like a tall glass of Spring!

Ingredients:

  • 1 10 oz. bag frozen mango
  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • ½ C. coconut milk
  • 3 Tbs. chopped basil
  • ¼ C. raw Happy Hemp seeds

Yields 4 Smoothies

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Enjoy while sitting outside!
