    • Thanks. The recipes are my favorite part of my job. I hate when you buy a new product and you are clueless on how to use it. We do that for you. I am a huge fan of hemp milk and keep it super simple. My go to recipe is 1/2 cup of hemp seeds to about 2 cups of water and a pinch of sea salt. Blend on high for about 3 minutes. I typically use the milk as a base for a smoothie or my cereal. I make small amounts just enough for that meal, since it is so easy to make. Otherwise you have tiny shelf life, since it is so fresh and you have no preservatives to keep it shelf stable. I hope that helps! Thank you for following us. Best, Tara Miko
